, President AAI® (Accredited Advisor of Insurance), CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), CWCA (Certified Workers Compensation Advisor), CRM (Certified Risk Manager) began his work in the insurance business after graduating from the Merchant Marine Academy and serving on United States Merchant Ships. He returned to Rocky Mount, N.C. in 1984 to become a principal owner in the Simmons and Harris Agency that was established in 1922. Since 1984, Simmons and Harris Agency has grown through several agency acquisitions and in 1990, David became President of MAYO, SIMMONS & HARRIS Insurance. He has worked with civic organizations such as United Way and served as President of Junior Achievement. In October of 1992, David received the Independent Agents of North Carolina Association Achievement Award sponsored by the American Association of Managing General Agents. David is active in the Independent Agents of North Carolina Association and recently re-joined as its Board of Directors after serving a previous six year term. He currently serves as Chairman of the Technical Committee for the IIANC. This committee reviews insurance policies and coverages, then presents information to North Carolina insurance agents for awareness. David, a Dortches North Carolina native, is married to the former Susan Kelly of Arlington, Massachusetts and they have two children, Elizabeth and Andrew.
Brian Trebenski, AAI® (Accredited Advisor of Insurance)Vice President & General Manager began his career after graduating with a degree in Business Administration. After nearly 20 years working with one of the largest Financial Institution in North American in both US and Canadian based operations, Brian joined MSH Insurance in 2006. Brian completed his Personal Financial Planning accreditation in 1996, the Certified Workers Compensation Specialist and in May of 2009 completed the AAI® Program. He is currently serving on the IIANC Education Committee. Brian is active in the Rocky Mount community and serves on the board of Tri County Industries.

She is member of the Young Professional Network of Rocky Mount since November 2006 and serves on the board since March 2008.
